• Contract Execution & Accounting: Once project terms are accepted, personal details are processed to execute contracts for work, deliver final assets, and satisfy statutory tax and financial reporting requirements.
  Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Website Analytics & Performance (Google Analytics 4): Collection of anonymized usage metrics (device category, browser engine, session duration).
  Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (voluntary consent provided via the cookie consent banner).

03 Data Retention Periods

Correspondence records are retained for the duration of ongoing project negotiations and until the expiry of relevant civil limitation periods (up to 3 years from the date of final communication). Contractual and billing records are stored for the period mandated by financial regulations (5 years from the close of the corresponding tax year).
